Description
最近上线的一个app，用的是1.7.1，经常下载到一半就卡住了，没有速度，或者速度只有几KB，但
暂停，再开始又正常下载。这个app的上一个版本，用的是1.4.1的版本，就没有问题。都是同一个
设备同一个网络，下载同一个资源所遇到的。
