Description
Local fonts may contain a modified version of a font installed in the system. It makes sense to use local fonts first, without refusing to load system fonts.
```
main.rs
...
fn load_fonts
```
**Change the call sequence**
` fontdb.load_system_fonts();
`
**and**
```
for path in &args.font_dirs {
fontdb.load_fonts_dir(path);
...
```

Research direction
Open main.rs and find load_fonts in the resvg.exe path. Review the ordering of load_system_fonts and the font_dirs loop, then change the sequence so local directories are loaded first while system fonts remain available. Done means the requested call order is reflected in the font-loading path.
