Description
Right now after creating a FileDialogOptions and showing it:
let options = FileDialogOptions::new().multi_selection();
ctx.submit_command(commands::SHOW_OPEN_PANEL.with(options))
it can only be handled with the cmd.get(commands::OPEN_FILE). I have implemented a case for cmd.get(commands::OPEN_FILES) in my AppDelegate, but couldn't find a way to call it.

Research direction
Trace FileDialogOptions::multi_selection, SHOW_OPEN_PANEL, and the OPEN_FILES command, starting from the file-dialog command handling path. Check how AppDelegate receives commands and determine what prevents multi-selection from reaching OPEN_FILES. Done means a multi-selection produces the expected OPEN_FILES command while single-file selection continues to use OPEN_FILE.
