Description

When adding a minimum size to a window config with `WindowConfig::with_min_size`, the launched window does not respect the minimum size on macOS(Windows not tested and Linux works fine)!

I guess this is because currently `WindowHandle` [does not support](https://github.com/linebender/druid/blob/master/druid/src/app.rs#L319) setting `min_size`!

Research direction

Start with WindowConfig::with_min_size and inspect the WindowHandle definition linked in druid/src/app.rs, then trace how the window is launched on macOS. Reproduce the issue with a configured minimum size and verify that the launched macOS window respects it; compare the existing Linux behavior as useful.
