SECRET_KEY errors when running Promgen 0.59 and 0.60

Nobody has claimed this yet.

Pulling both the 0.59.0 and 0.60.0. images and running them both resulted in errors:

Issues are not present on any versions below from my experience, however I did find some issues on 0.58.1 and 0.58.2 which will be a part of a separate issue.

Start in promgen/settings.py at the SECRET_KEY lookup and trace startup through promgen/wsgi.py for the 0.59.0 and 0.60.0 images. Verify the images receive the required environment variable; done means both versions start without the ImproperlyConfigured SECRET_KEY and worker boot errors.
