Proposal to Publish HeadVer on GitHub Marketplace

Hello,

I have been searching for HeadVer in the GitHub Marketplace to use in a GitHub Actions but couldn't find it. So I'm using [this](https://github.com/viiviii/headver-action) temporarily.

I believe that publishing HeadVer on the GitHub Marketplace would make it easier for many people to use.
