Description
Central Dogma only displays a user ID on the admin page of metadata.
It should be hard to tell the user ID is who.
We can support this feature as a part of the renovation of admin pages.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start at the admin metadata page and trace how the displayed user ID is obtained, then identify the LDAP user-name lookup involved. Done means the admin pages display the LDAP user name alongside the user ID.
