Description
**Feature request**

Research direction
Start by locating the NestedExtensionArray implementation and reviewing how its fields represent boolean or non-boolean values. Decide and document whether any() and all() support boolean fields only or cast values when possible, then add the methods and tests that demonstrate the chosen behavior.
