Description
It'd be nice to have some sort of documentation about what datasets are built into Hyrax and how -- if at all -- they might have changed from their sources (i.e. how is HyraxCIFAR different from the original CIFAR)

Research direction
Start by locating Hyrax's built-in dataset definitions and their source references. Record each dataset, explain how it differs from its source, including HyraxCIFAR versus CIFAR, and add documentation that makes the inventory and transformations clear.
