### Description
The processing speed of the PHP web application on Rancher Desktop(Lima) in the local development environment has dropped more than 10 times from Rancher Desktop 1.8.
Specifically, it has been slow since [this PR](https://github.com/rancher-sandbox/rancher-desktop/pull/4071) (which upgrades Lima to 0.15) was merged into Rancher Desktop.
I don't know which PR of Lima 0.15 is affecting it.
