Description

Example:

`"build:webpack": "cross-env NODE_ENV=production webpack",`

That alone doesn't help yet but it is a good starting point.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the npm scripts, especially the build:webpack command, and how it currently sets NODE_ENV. Check how cross-env should be integrated for Windows support, then verify that the relevant npm commands run successfully on Windows.
