Loop Out Error

I Was expecting a correct loop out. funds in the node after shifting liquidity from outbound to inbound

**Actual behavior**

Loop out hangs for hours sometimes and then fails.

**To reproduce**
Every single time it fails, tried half size of the channel and fails too..

I have been doing this to send money on chain for more than two years and now it fails constantly with my Bitrefill channels

I use lightning loop engineering over the web... so the latest available at the moment...
