Description
Description: Now that we are further along with the development of features for Gwen, we want to make the interface similar to a live Alpha sandbox version ((https://alpha-testnet-gwen.liftedinit.tech/ or https://gwen.liftedinit.app/). This will be a waitlist capture until pricing, payments, and PWR are completed.

As a user, I want to view the billing options so that I can decide what is best for my project.
- Should update copy based on above Billing page notes document.
- Should display the waitlist capture when buttons described in notes document are clicked.
- Should be demoed.
