Description

Description: The goal of this story is to host https://liftedinit.org/ site on the IBC Network. We should utilize the standard onboarding process created with #24.

The ICB Hosting Network will be the backend that takes in all static site work and host all of the sites. Working to keep arch the same. We have a frontend, CDN, and backend data source network. This network is both the frontend and backend.

Story ROI
Business objective: To host our own site on our decentralized infrastructure.

As TLI, I want to host our website on our own decentralized infrastructure so that it is more resilient.
