Migrate WebAuthn accounts

Description: WebAuthn accounts currently do not transfer across domains. So if a user logs in using their Ledger device on alberto.app and then use the same device on alberto.liftedinit.app or wallet.liftoffprogramcompany.io, or wherever else, that will be a different identity with a different address. We need to move alberto.app to alberto.liftedinit.app so at least we can transfer those identities between Alberto and Gwen. Additionally, we'll have to migrate the existing WebAuthn accounts to the new domain somehow (“Somehow” probably means making a new account on the new domain and then transferring all tokens to the new account.).

Story ROI
Customer Need: Existing users with WebAuthn accounts need a way to interact with our current and future apps in a more cohesive manner. This story unlocks having a single account across apps within the ecosystem.

Business Objective: Improve account creation process and improved UX can lead to more app and therefore network usage.

**As a user, I want to be able to utilize my account across Lifted apps so that I do not need to create a new one for each.**
