Description

Description: Currently we are using mock data on this page, we want a live Sandbox version - (https://alpha-testnet-gwen.liftedinit.tech/ or https://gwen.liftedinit.app/). Same as work completed in #109 and #114 .

As a user, I want to view the neighborhoods available in the Manifest network so that I can select the one I want to utilize.

- [ ] Should hide Flows from left side menu.
- [ ] Should display all neighborhoods available in Neighborhoods section (formerly dashboard).
- [ ] Should display what services are available in each neighborhood (can be hardcoded to start).
- [ ] Should display an Add Neighborhood button that's removed from the top right drop-down.
- [ ] Should popup the same Create A Neighborhood modal with Name and URL.
- [ ] Should enable users to select a neighborhood.
- [ ] Should be demoed.

Notes:
- Sandbox neighborhood is the start for https://gwen.liftedinit.app/.
- Should we add a "Join the Beta waitlist" button or email capture to this screen?

Research direction

Review the completed work in #109 and #114, then inspect the Gwen Sandbox at the linked alpha-testnet and app URLs. Compare the current Dashboard behavior with the checklist: neighborhood listing and selection, service display, menu changes, Add Neighborhood flow, and the Create A Neighborhood modal should all be demonstrated.
