Description

When I'm a journalist/policymaker I want an easy way to answer the questions I have about web3/crypto

Workflow:
Collate Qs
Select Qs as a team (based on utility and comparative advantage for us to tackle)
Theo + Eilidh build out stubs using existing content
Share in with team
Collaboratively with Stephen (+ Rufus on occasion) finesse into final explainers

## Acceptance

- [ ] Collated and prioritised question list
- [ ] First 3 question pages up on site
- [ ] Roadmap to work through backlog

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by collating and prioritising questions, then review existing site content to build the first three explainer stubs; done means those pages are live and a roadmap covers the remaining backlog.
