Description
POST /api/study/{studyId}/{chapterId}/tags updates PGN tags but not the chapter's displayed title.
I would a way to rename an existing chapter, e.g. an optional name param on /tags, or a dedicated POST /api/study/{studyId}/{chapterId}/name.
