Description
Guess the menu-search is the only GU part showing this behavior (due its auto resizing).
Overall kinda a non-issue.
(More a personal exercise in how to turn a video into a small but still useful gif. ... Lowering the need to use text to explain it. ;-) )

Start by reproducing the menu-search behavior described in the issue on the listed Linux Mint and nip4 versions, focusing on scrolling and position/size changes. Done means the menu-search no longer fights its position or size while scrolling, with the behavior verified in the GUI.
