Description
A little slow to making an issue for this, but we should migrate our web analytics off of google for a variety of reasons (GDPR compliance being high on the list).
It seems like many folks are moving to plausible.io for this sort of thing, and it looks pretty good to me. It would be ideal if we can self-host this somehow. Just flagging this issue here to come back to later.
