Description
Arch Linux, RetroArch 1.21.0-1 from Arch repos, LRPS2 build 553770c from AUR
The core randomly crashes on launching a game for seemingly no reason with no discernible difference in logs either. I believe the BIOS is set up correctly, and I'm aware of Software renderer crashing with Vulkan backend - this is not such case, I've tested multiple combinations of renderers and backends.
The ratio of successful game launches to crashes feel like 3:7. The same ROM and BIOS work perfectly in standalone PCSX2, so I don't think there is any issue with them.
Logs of launching the game with backend set to glcore, renderer set to OpenGL:

Research direction
Reproduce repeated game launches with the LRPS2 build on Arch Linux, using the reported RetroArch 1.21.0-1 setup and the listed renderer/backend combinations. Compare the successful and failed launch logs, then verify that the core no longer crashes across repeated launches while the reported ROM and BIOS remain unchanged.
