Description
This game freezes when using parallel-gs sometimes. For the majority of time the game seems to be running correctly, but in some places on the dungeons it seems to be some bug that hangs the game.
I can consistently reach a place where this problem happens, and after trying with every option on and off, the only way to fix it was changing the renderer (to Vulkan in my case).
I can upload my save if it could be useful for troubleshooting.
I'm using the RetroArch flatpak on Arch Linux with AMD RX 6600 and a Ryzen 5 5600.
PS: I've tried the version of PCSX2 with parallel-gs that can be found here: https://emulation.gametechwiki.com/index.php/PlayStation_2_emulators#Emulators and it freezes too.

Research direction
Reproduce the freeze in Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance with parallel-gs at the reported dungeon location, using the RetroArch flatpak on Arch Linux with the AMD RX 6600 setup described. Compare behavior across renderers, then trace the relevant parallel-gs graphics path. Done means the reported location no longer freezes with parallel-gs; the issue names no source file or test.
