Description
ISSUE:
Using Core LRPS2 with Vulkan backend and Parallel-GS renderer I am experiencing a strange issue in some games such as Gitaroo Man and Final Fantasy X.
These are occurring when playing level 5 of Gitaroo Man the backgrounds have these giant half toned RGB lines in the background skybox and in Final Fantasy X when the Pause screen is overlayed these same lines are occurring again but thinner.
I have tested this on both Stable and Nightly releases of Retroarch on a Windows 11 OS with an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D CPU and Radeon RX 9070 XT GPU with latest drivers, I have made sure to have all the correct updates to the Core and the Core System Files are downloaded, made sure that Vulkan API is chosen on Retroarch before starting LRPS2 and I am not using any shaders on a 1080p display.
Is this a common issue right now using LRPS2 with some games? Did I make a mistake in setting this up? Is this an AMD issue for the 9070XT?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue with Core LRPS2, the Vulkan backend, and the Parallel-GS renderer in Gitaroo Man and Final Fantasy X on the reported AMD Windows 11 setup. Compare Stable and Nightly releases without shaders, then determine whether the artifact is specific to AMD, Vulkan, or these games; done means identifying a reproducible cause or a confirmed setup issue.
