Description
Retroarch version: 1.22.1
LRPS2 Version: v2.0.0-2b19f7f
Renderer: Vulkan
I'm not sure this is a widespread issue or just affects a handful of games. The game shown is Ant Bully, and this is the first area of gameplay. The issue might not be very noticeable in screenshots, but it's very obvious in motion. All the characters and many brighter objects have the bloom off-center. You can see the bloom outline to the left of the main character in the screenshots.
Native PS2 resolution:
4x Resolution (1440p):

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue with RetroArch 1.22.1, LRPS2 v2.0.0-2b19f7f, the Vulkan renderer, and Ant Bully at native and 4x resolution. Compare the bloom position in motion; done means the bloom outline remains centered on characters and bright objects at higher-than-native resolutions.
