Description
Seems all previous emulators all had the same issue with this particular title, where the cutscenes with dialogue eventually will have dialogue lag out of sync from character "lip" movements. (All plug-in selections have the same issue)
Should I do more tweaks on the emulator core to fix this?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Duck Dodgers cutscene and checking whether the dialogue falls out of sync with character lip movements across all plug-in selections. Then investigate the emulator core's timing behavior; done means the dialogue remains synchronized throughout the affected cutscenes.
