Description
Change to the M64P Core repo: https://github.com/mupen64plus/mupen64plus-core/commit/689e8a47a19770dd6808d588b8a33b13cdbe47c9
Wiki article: https://n64brew.dev/wiki/ROM_Header#Advanced_Homebrew_ROM_Header
With DK64 ROM Hacks, there doesn't seem to be support to force 16K EEPROM outside of the Parallel launcher's hidden "Force 16K option" with the parallel launcher/base retroarch. Homebrew header should allow us to set it on a hack-by-hack basis

Research direction
Read the referenced M64P Core commit and the n64brew.dev Advanced Homebrew ROM Header article first, then locate the ROM-header handling in parallel-n64. Done means advanced homebrew headers are recognized and can select 16K EEPROM per ROM hack without relying on the launcher's hidden option.
