Description

Using Retroarch 1.10.3 and parallel-n64 2.0-rc2 1922f4a.
Similar to [libretro/mupen64plus-libretro-nx/issues/251] but now with parallel core.
Before, parallel had this option called VI Interlacing with weave or bob deinterlace.
Now parallel core defaults to bob deinterlacing, which makes difficult to use with crt shaders with interlacing support or crt switchres as it needs weave for it.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the ParaLLEl-RDP VI deinterlacing behavior and the related mupen64plus-libretro-nx issue linked in the report; no source file or test is named. Done means restoring a selectable VI Interlacing option with weave and bob modes, while preserving compatibility with CRT shaders and crt switchres.
