Description
I noticed that when I have Glide64 chosen as the graphics plugin, the pixel noise used for the dissolve effect is completely static and does not animate properly. This same issue does not happen with Glide64 in Mupen and is most noticeable in Kirby64, specifically the graphics for "Dark Matter".

Research direction
Start by reproducing the static pixel-noise dissolve effect with the Glide64 graphics plugin in Kirby64, focusing on the “Dark Matter” graphics. Compare the behavior with Glide64 in Mupen; done means the dissolve noise animates properly in parallel-n64 as it does there.
