Description
Upon loading a game, ParaLLEl crashes while initalizing the Rewind buffer. This crash is easily avoided by disabling Rewind. It doesn't crash if Rewind is (re-)enabled any time after the game has loaded, and Rewind does function normally afterwards.
This appears to be an old issue that has recently resurfaced. Regression?

Research direction
No source files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing the crash while loading a game with Rewind enabled, using the listed Windows and RetroArch/paraLLEl versions, then inspect paraLLEl.log.txt and the Rewind-buffer initialization path. Done means loading no longer crashes and Rewind still functions afterward.
