PSX and PSP database something like doubled entries/metadata

At the moment when u add a game (for example the psp game 1/2 summer+ (Japan), that has 2 entries in the database with different serials, u will get the metadata shown for both listed under the entry. This happens when u look for example under retroarch info->manage database->database.rdb and in the finished playlist. The Problem starts now when u have multiple versions of the game in your playlist, the playlist gonna list u all the serials so u doesnt know which one it is actually.

Reproduce the issue with the PSP game 1/2 Summer+ (Japan), comparing its duplicate entries and serials in database.rdb with the finished playlist and RetroArch's Manage Database view. Determine how the entries are combined and define done as each playlist version showing only the metadata and serial for the selected game.
