Description

When scanning either the PAL or NTSC version of Rayman 2 for the Dreamcast (both are valid according to Redump), they are recognised by RetroArch as being Toy Story 2. This does not occur with the NTSC-J version of Rayman 2, which is recognised correctly. Additionally, when doing a directory scan, when scanning the Rayman 2 PAL Prototype, the RetroArch will crash, and when doing a file scan, it will not be added to the playlist.

Research direction

Start by reproducing directory and file scans for the PAL and NTSC Rayman 2 releases, the NTSC-J release, and the Rayman 2 PAL Prototype in RetroArch. Inspect the content data used for recognition and playlist creation; done means the valid releases identify as Rayman 2, the prototype no longer crashes a directory scan, and file scanning handles it as intended.
