Description

Now that citra's core can load encrypted ROMs, it'd be nice to scan for them, if possible.
no-intro has an encrypted and decrypted hash of every game: right now the retroarch databases are only using the decrypted hashes.

Thanks!

Research direction

Start by inspecting the RetroArch databases and how no-intro represents decrypted hashes, then compare those with the encrypted hashes available for each game. Confirm whether Citra-loadable encrypted ROMs can be covered by adding the corresponding hash data, and verify that the resulting database entries support scanning them.
