Description

Implement the (optional) capability for cores to display in pseudo wide-screen.

I'm assuming that a core would need to be updated to specifically support this capability - but that libretro would abstract as much as possible.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reading the linked wide-screen description, then identify the libretro-common interfaces involved in optional core capabilities; done should mean the capability is defined clearly enough for compatible cores to support it while remaining optional.
