Description
When I try to load a rom and its directory has a space in it (ex: C:\random folder\rom.bin), it pop ups an error that says "Failed to open C:\random for reading"

Research direction
Reproduce the failure by loading a ROM from a Windows directory containing a space, such as C:\random folder\rom.bin, and observe the truncated path in the error. Trace the ROM-opening entry point to identify where the path is split, then verify that ROMs in spaced directories open successfully without breaking existing path handling.
