Description

Referring to the issue report:
https://github.com/libretro/dolphin/issues/378

This appears to be a bug in the DX11 driver in Retroarch.
On all other drivers, such as GL Core, Vulkan, DX9, 10, and 12, the core with shaders enabled works correctly, just not with DX11.

log with "Koko-aio shaders" enabled and changed to "Mega-bezel". In each case, there is a black screen.

Research direction

Start by reproducing a Dolphin-core game on Windows 11 with DX11 and a shader enabled, then compare the behavior with the referenced log and the working GL Core, Vulkan, DX9, DX10, and DX12 drivers. Investigate the RetroArch DX11 driver and shader path. Done means the game renders normally with Koko-aio or Mega-bezel shaders under DX11 without regressing the other drivers.
