Description
There is already a way to add associated screen art and thumbnails to retroarch. Would it be possible to do something similar with Game manuals?
Most retro games included a game manual that was expected to be read. It would be nice if the "Quick Menu" included an option such as 'game manual' that would open a viewer to peruse the associated manual.

Research direction
Start by reviewing how RetroArch currently associates and displays screen art and thumbnails, then inspect the Quick Menu entry points mentioned in the request. Determine what manual format and viewer integration are supported before implementing anything. Done means an associated game manual can be opened and read from the Quick Menu.
