Description
There is an option to keep region but not remove it, I don't want to remove everything in brackets as it removes needed tags such as the game version but I don't want everything saying (Europe) after it but you cannot remove just that with the current options

Research direction
Start by locating the playlist naming and region-removal option in RetroArch, then trace how the current setting removes bracketed or parenthesized text. Confirm the desired behavior against names containing both region labels and useful tags such as game versions, and add coverage showing that only the region portion is removed.
