Description
I want to stream to both YouTube and Twitch using RetroArch's built-in streaming capabilities; I'm currently limited to streaming to one platform, and the multi-streaming services I tested (Restream, StreamYard, etc) all have the same errors. Is it possible to add multi-streaming functionalities within RetroArch?
(Addendum 1: StreamYard, not StreamDeck... silly me!)

Research direction
Start by tracing RetroArch's built-in streaming path and how it currently selects a single destination. Define the behavior needed for simultaneous YouTube and Twitch streaming, then verify that both destinations work without relying on external multi-streaming services.
