Description

There should be an option to organize states by subfolders named after the ROM file. I can easily wind up with 100 states per game and having them all fall under one directory per platform is an obnoxious way to organize them.

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating RetroArch's state-save path handling and inspect how platform directories and ROM names are currently derived; done should mean an optional ROM-named subfolder organizes states without changing the existing default behavior.
