Description
I don't know if this is possible or not, but if possible, please provide a feature that allows game text to be read by screen readers. If this feature is implemented, it would be a revolutionary feature for blind people like myself, so that I can at least play games as much as possible.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by identifying where RetroArch exposes game text and how screen-reader support could integrate across its supported platforms. Before implementation, define the supported screen readers, text sources, platform scope, and observable accessibility behavior that would count as done.
