Research direction

Start by reproducing the install from the Testing PPA on Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS and inspect the retroarch package dependencies, especially the required libstdc++6 version and the recommended retroarch-assets and retroarch-data packages. Done means the Testing PPA package installs successfully with resolvable dependencies.
