[Feature Request] <An option for old style download progress bars>

Hello!
I've been sadly watching that new dull black bar on the bottom for some time already, and nearly accepted this is the end (even though a little hope was still warm inside that it was only temporary) when the brilliant idea struck me several days ago to propose if it may be possible to add an option to switch between this and old style small download progress bars? You know, cute blue little ones in the lower left corner. Four at a time maximum )
I'm sure lots of people seriously miss seeing them while updating stuff.
And thought that it might not even cost you much of your valuable time. I'm not a programmer, I don't have an idea what it would take to make it happen.
Were they too much of a hassle to maintain so you switched to a one-download-at-a-time-progress-bar?
It's fine then. But why making it dark black'n'gray, people? It's so depressing to see it every time. Maybe, if you don't want or can't bring little ones back, you can add an option to change the color of the current download bar? It doesn't look very good in xmb menu, that's for sure.

The issue does not name a file, test, or entry point. Start by locating RetroArch's download progress UI and review how the current bottom bar is rendered; done would require a defined, supported option for the old multi-download bars or for changing the current bar's color.
