Research direction
Start by reproducing the crash with Ctrl + O on Windows 11 using the reported 1.22.2 nightly build, then inspect the frontend's keyboard shortcut handling and capture relevant crash information. Done means Ctrl + O no longer crashes RetroArch and the behavior is verified in a nightly build.
