Description

the Notification Duration setting should be honored when using the RGUI menu driver but currently there's a default very low duration for all text-based notifications which disallows reading some especially retroachievement and the duration is only a couple seconds, not long enough to read pretty much any important notification coming specifically from retroachievements

a good game to see this on is the homebrew Lizard. it's right at the beginning here and it gives you one second to read this whole line completely ignoring the notification duration setting while using text notifications and rgui

Research direction

Start by locating the RGUI text-notification handling and the Notification Duration setting, then compare the duration used by RGUI notifications with graphical overlays. Done means the configured duration is honored for text notifications, including RetroAchievements messages; verify with the homebrew Lizard example described in the issue.
