Research direction
The report names RetroArch 1.22.2 on a PS Vita PCH-2000 running 3.65 and the target path ux0:/data/retroarch/retroarch.cfg. First reproduce the failure and inspect the configuration-save logs or entry point. Done means the startup message is absent and changed settings persist after restarting RetroArch.
