Description
The build of RetroArch that can be downloaded from Samsung's Galaxy Store is outdated: https://galaxystore.samsung.com/detail/com.retroarch
The version hosted there is 1.16.0_GIT, last updated on 2023-10-02, making it over two years old at the time of writing.
I am not sure if this really belongs here, but there did not seem to be much documentation of this elsewhere. There was a report on Reddit saying that the app appeared to be delisted for some users (not for me though), and a discussion on the Libretro Forums suggested there were issues getting updates approved (as with the Google Play Store). I do not know what the current situation is.
Expected behavior
The Galaxy Store build should be up-to-date.
If it cannot be updated any time soon, then I think the downloads page on RetroArch's website should indicate that that build is outdated (like it does for Google Play).

Research direction
No repository file or test is named. Start by checking the Samsung Galaxy Store listing and the downloads page referenced in the issue, then determine whether the build can be updated or should be marked outdated. Done means the store build is current or the website clearly identifies it as outdated.
