Description
Basically what the title says. Either a way to manually set the thumbnail using the database or even local images.
I have hundreds of games and probably less than 30% have thumbnails either due to my naming scheme for roms, them being patched for translation, or some other reason I am unaware of. I would love to be able to manually assign thumbnails to the entries that lack them.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating RetroArch's game-library thumbnail handling and determine how database or local-image assignments could be represented; done means users can manually assign thumbnails to entries that lack them.
