there's a problem when you try to scroll down in the quick menu via touch and Resume is highlighted, it's considered as being touched/tapped after lifting your finger.

Expected behavior

Being able to scroll down without the game resuming.

Steps to reproduce the bug
  1. open any game
  2. open quick menu via touch
  3. try to scroll down then let go
