Description
Whenever I play a game using SDL, the right stick is upside down. I was experiencing this issue when emulating Nintendo 64 and Nintendo DS games.
Expected behavior
The right stick needs to function how it's supposed to be like the other input drivers.
Steps to reproduce the bug
- Change the code to reverse the axis direction
- That's it

Research direction
Start by reproducing the SDL controller behavior on Windows 11 and locate the SDL input-driver handling for the right-stick axes, then compare it with the other input drivers. Done means the right stick has the expected orientation when playing the affected Nintendo 64 and Nintendo DS games.
