Description

It is a platformer with highly polished pixel art, music and an open-source engine - https://github.com/frogatto/frogatto The users would have to provide their own data files, but it is not unusual for other cores.

Some of you might remember this project from early 2010s, but it has been greatly extended since then.

Research direction

Review the linked Frogatto repository and RetroArch's existing core integration process. Determine the engine and user-provided data files required for integration; done means Frogatto runs as a RetroArch core using those files.
